Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the service provider of the image processing tools (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Us" or "Our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all our services, including but not limited to image compression, background replacement, image resizing, format conversion, watermark removal, and all other affiliated image processing functions and web services (collectively referred to as the "Service").
By accessing, browsing or using our Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use our Service.
1. Service Description
We provide online intelligent image processing tools for global users, offering automated image editing and optimization functions including but not limited to picture compression, background adjustment and replacement, pixel and dimension resizing, image format conversion, watermark removal and other auxiliary image processing services. All functions are provided on an as-is and as-available basis for your personal and commercial use permitted under these Terms.
We reserve the right to update, optimize, upgrade, suspend or terminate any function of the Service at any time without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to product iteration, technical maintenance, security protection and abnormal risk control.
2. User Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to use this Service. If you are accessing and using the Service on behalf of an organization or enterprise, you represent and warrant that you have the valid authorization of the corresponding organization, and the organization shall be bound by these Terms.
You shall not use our Service if you are prohibited from accessing network services under applicable international rules or local industry norms.
3. User Conduct and Obligations
When using our image processing Service, you agree to abide by all applicable international network norms and public order and good customs, and you shall not engage in the following prohibited behaviors:
- Upload, process or disseminate any illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, abusive or otherwise inappropriate image content;
- Use the Service to process any images involving third-party portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights without obtaining legitimate authorization from the right holder;
- Attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Service, invade the system server, crack service functions, obtain unauthorized data access, or use plug-ins, scripts, malicious programs to manipulate the Service;
- Reproduce, copy, resell, rent or exploit the Service and its underlying technical framework for commercial malicious competition;
- Use the Service for any illegal, infringing, harmful or unauthorized commercial and non-commercial purposes.
You shall be solely responsible for all image files you upload and all processing behaviors you initiate. We do not actively review user uploaded content, but we reserve the right to delete processed content and restrict user access if we find any illegal or improper use.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Service Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the Service, including but not limited to website interface design, program code, algorithm technology, function logic, trademark, logo, text description and software system, belong exclusively to us. No user may copy, imitate, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disseminate or commercially use the above intellectual property content without our written explicit authorization.
4.2 User Content Rights
You retain all legal rights to the original images you upload. You hereby grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable authorization only to process your uploaded images to complete the service you actively request, including temporary server transmission and temporary storage. This authorization does not include any right for us to use, reproduce, disseminate or commercialize your images for other purposes.
You warrant that all images you upload and process are legally owned or fully authorized by you, and the processing behavior will not infringe any third-party rights. You shall independently bear all legal liabilities arising from unauthorized content processing.
5. Watermark Removal Function Special Terms
Our watermark removal function is only applicable to the processing of your own legally owned image works and authorized materials. You clearly acknowledge and agree that you shall not use the watermark removal function to erase the copyright marks, watermark information of third-party copyrighted works without permission.
We do not encourage or authorize any behavior of infringing third-party intellectual property rights through this tool. All illegal use behaviors and corresponding legal consequences shall be borne solely by the user.
6. Service Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranty. We do not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, completely safe or fully meet your personal expectations.
We shall not be liable for any losses arising from the following situations:
- Service interruption, function failure or data delay caused by network failure, equipment failure, third-party service abnormality and other uncontrollable external factors;
- Image quality deviation, format adaptation problems or processing errors caused by user's own operation errors, improper parameter setting or inappropriate uploaded image materials;
- Any loss caused by user's illegal use, unauthorized processing of third-party content or violation of these Terms;
- Data disclosure or loss caused by user's own leakage of device permissions and account information;
- Other losses not attributable to our intentional or gross negligent behavior.
7. Service Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your right to use all or part of the Service immediately without prior notice if you violate any clause of these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized infringement, illegal use, malicious attack on the system.
After the termination of the service qualification, your right to use the Service shall cease immediately, and we may delete your temporary processing records and cached image data in accordance with our data processing rules.
8. Terms Update
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time to adapt to service optimization and international industry standard changes. The updated Terms will be published on the official Service page and take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference, and the two shall be mutually supplementary. In case of any inconsistency between the two, the relevant special provisions shall prevail.
10. General Provisions
These Terms shall be governed by universal international business and network service legal principles, without binding to any regional national laws. If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect.
No delay or failure by us to exercise any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of such right.
